Happy Day Reader! It's taken me a while to write this email due to various reasons. When God puts a dream in your heart, it doesn't always go as planned, but it doesn't mean that you stop trying. You may need to take a step back and re-evaluate, but don't give up. I want to share something personal with you today—not for sympathy, but to speak life into your dreams. After months of planning, meetings, research, and spending thousands of dollars, I made the decision not to continue the application process for zoning Serenity Communities in the area I originally chose. It wasn’t an easy call. I had high hopes and a clear vision for building a Tiny Home on Wheels (THOW) community that would bring peace, affordability, and purpose. But something wasn’t right. The community I planned to bring it to made it very clear they didn’t want it. The resistance was loud, and the anger in some of the voices made me pause. I had to ask myself—do I really want to plant something sacred in soil that won’t nourish it? The answer was no. So, I chose to walk away. You can watch my response to the neighbor's discontent about the THOW community here:
To give you more insight on what I was planning, click the link for the brochure: Brochure - SERENITY COMMUNITIES v_1.1.pdf And while it felt like a loss at first, I see now it was a win. A win for discernment. A win for protecting the dream. A win for honoring the bigger picture that’s still unfolding. To you, Reader—yes, you with that dream in your heart—don’t give up because the door you knocked on didn’t open. Maybe that location wasn’t right. Maybe the timing needs to shift. That doesn’t mean your dream is canceled. It just means there’s another way, another place, a better fit. Stay faithful. Keep building. Your “yes” will come. Sometimes our no is the setup for God’s greater yes. Keep pressing forward. The dream is still yours. With Love and Clarity, |

Happy Day Reader! This Friday, we officially shift from winter into spring — a quiet but powerful reminder that change can be gentle, beautiful, and full of promise. For the remainder of this month, our focus will be Reset, Reflection, and Gentle Awakening. Reset means giving yourself permission to begin again without guilt. Release what felt heavy, what didn’t go as planned, and what you’ve outgrown. A reset is not failure — it is wisdom choosing peace. Reflection invites you to look back...
Happy Day Reader! Wow! We are already on day 2 of the 2nd month of 2026. Already over a month in and I'm so thankful for today. My heart has grown to not allowing anyone to enter into the inner chambers of it. I've learned to protect--guard my heart (Proverbs 4:23). Which brings me to the topic of today's email. Healing. This time last year, I had gone through a healing process after a connection was disconnected. It taught me a valuable lesson and I love me even more since I allowed God to...
A Day of Remembering Reader, Today we pause to remember the events of September 11, 2001. It was a day that left a mark on our nation and on our hearts. Many lives were lost, families were shattered, and countless people still carry the weight of those memories. Even after all these years, we continue to honor the lives taken, the heroes who rose up, and the resilience of a people who refused to be defeated by tragedy. In moments like these, we are reminded of God’s power to bring healing...
