Happy Day Reader! Wow! We are already on day 2 of the 2nd month of 2026. Already over a month in and I'm so thankful for today. My heart has grown to not allowing anyone to enter into the inner chambers of it. I've learned to protect--guard my heart (Proverbs 4:23). Which brings me to the topic of today's email. Healing. This time last year, I had gone through a healing process after a connection was disconnected. It taught me a valuable lesson and I love me even more since I allowed God to heal the innermost hurt and strengthen me. Healing doesn’t ask us to hurry or perform. And it asks us to be gentle. Gentle with our thoughts when memories resurface. We don’t have to force strength. We don’t have to rush peace. What we are doing right now—showing up, breathing, choosing not to abandon ourselves—is enough. Healing often happens in the moments when we stop pushing and start listening. When we choose compassion over criticism. When we give ourselves permission to rest without guilt. Let’s remind ourselves today: we are not behind. We are becoming whole at the pace our hearts need. For the remainder of this month, our focus will be Reset, Reflection, and Gentle Awakening. Reset means giving yourself permission to begin again without guilt. Release what felt heavy, what didn’t go as planned, and what you’ve outgrown. A reset is not failure — it is wisdom choosing peace. Reflection invites you to look back...
A Day of Remembering Reader, Today we pause to remember the events of September 11, 2001. It was a day that left a mark on our nation and on our hearts. Many lives were lost, families were shattered, and countless people still carry the weight of those memories. Even after all these years, we continue to honor the lives taken, the heroes who rose up, and the resilience of a people who refused to be defeated by tragedy. In moments like these, we are reminded of God’s power to bring healing...
Happy Day Reader! I keep hearing God whisper one word into my spirit—Restore. I don’t know exactly what He’s going to restore, but I trust Him. And that trust is what keeps me moving, even when life feels uncertain or heavy. Restoration doesn’t always look the way we expect. Sometimes God restores what was lost, sometimes He restores us in ways we didn’t even know we needed. That broken place in our hearts? He can heal it. The dream we thought was gone forever? He can breathe life into it...
